“The best part about being a Columbus Chamber member is the connections you make with individuals from a variety of industries.”- Otto Beatty, E.E. Ward Co-Owner.
Columbus mover E.E. Ward Moving and Storage Co. recently helped relocate 80 Columbus employees from their former office in Worthington to a new office at Easton. Though Clark Schaefer Hackett executives did not know much about E.E. Ward when they began their search for a mover, according to Ed Walsh, shareholder-in-charge at Clark Schaefer, their connections made through the Columbus Chamber offered them valuable recommendations to find the company that could best accommodate their needs. Otto Beatty, member of the executive committee of the Chamber’s Small Business Council, explained that “this connection was beneficial for everyone involved and has led to other long-term work for us.” Consider having your small business join the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and see what connections and opportunities could be in store for you.
