E.E. Ward Partners with The Kingswood Company

E.E. Ward is proud to partner with The Kingswood Company in support our mutual dedication to environmental sustainability and conservation.  The Kingswood Company products have been non-toxic and biodegradable for more than 55 years. They redesigned their jars in 2006 resulting in 25,000 fewer pounds of plastic used per year. And now in addition to recycling and reducing, E.E. Ward is able to help Kingswood achieve its goal to start reusing!

E. E. Ward Columbus movers will be using some of the Kingswood cardboard boxes for our moving business. For quite some time, Kingswood has recycled the boxes in which it receives raw material shipments. But now we will periodically pick up and re-use the boxes.  All told, about 2,500 boxes per year will now be re-used rather than recycled. That’s about 2,500 pounds of cardboard per year!
