The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio has packed up and moved out of its Huntington Center location after 10 years of use. Change will bring new potential to the growing community organization. “Our lease was coming to an end and we were still growing” explained Kelly Budros, Director of Grants and Programs, “Our new office will allow us to hold community meetings, board meetings, and grant workshops”.
The office relocation follows one of the organization’s biggest fundraisers of the year, its annual Keyholder, held last Friday at Nationwide Arena. The turnout of thousands of supporters to the event evidenced the need to provide the organization with improved facilities to match its growth trend.
Thanks to the coordinators and movers at E.E. Ward, the office relocation will be completed soon and the organization will be ready to resume normal affairs and begin converting all of the proceeds of the fundraiser into projects around the community.
